Return Policy
Non-Personalized Items: You may return any non-personalized item within 15 days of the delivery date. No returns are accepted after the 15-day period.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are non-returnable due to their custom nature.
Shipping Costs: If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise.
Return Process: Please package and return the item in the same way you received it. You may want to use a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If a return is accepted, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. For payments made via PayPal, a PayPal refund will be issued.
